Natural light is one of the most important mediums in architecture, which with thorough design can create harmonious, healthy and welcoming athmospheres. The woven curtain collection Lumen explores spatial possibilities of transparent fabrics through various techniques.

Off-grid explores the variety of patterns that can be revealed through the use of light. The two-layered fabric displays two similar patterns: one generated by a computer and the other handpainted, both based on the same grid. Depending on the positioning of the light source, the textiles, and the observer, different visual illusions emerge, involving transparency, shininess, and color.
